Many of us at Taiwan School have finished our educations and have raised families. Some of us came from Taiwan and some of us were born here in America, but we all now live in Silicon Valley. We believe that together we can beautify our society, and together we can make a difference.
The people of Taiwan School may have many goals for our lives, but there is one goal we share: To pursue the ultimate values in life--Appreciation, Respect, and Love. Through appreciation we learn to respect, through respect we learn to love, and through love we learn to serve one another.
Taiwan School is built upon these three core values of Appreciation, Respect, and Love. Our staff and teachers work diligently to instill these three values in our students throughout the courses we design and teach. Mastering these values requires a lifelong effort, but if we make a conscious effort to learn and practice them, we can greatly impact our community as we build up our character.

我們中間有的是在台灣,或在美國完成學業並已有家庭,有的是在美國出生長大,而現在皆來到了矽谷. 雖然有不同的成長背景, 但我們深信當我們共同攜手合作, 不僅能美化,更能讓社區因著我們而更加亮麗。
在我們的人生中，每個人的目標會有不同。台灣學校的同仁，卻有一個共同的目標：我們的人生要以欣賞、尊重、相愛為做人處世的精神。因著欣賞我們學會尊重，因著尊重我們學會相愛，更因著相愛我們學會服侍。
台灣學校的精神就是建立在欣賞，尊重和相愛上。也因此，整個團隊用心策劃，不僅讓學生了解處世精神的重要，更能運用在課程學習與朋友相處中。要讓這精神自然而然的流露，是需要終生的努力；但如果我們有意識地努力學習和實踐，相信在這過程中我們除了建立了個人的特點，更已經影響了社會。
